CoWorking Cascais Visitor Center

The COWORKING VISITOR CENTER is designed for you!

Users must submit a proposal, either on the website or directly at the Coworking Visitor Center, in portuguese or english, approval or rejection will be communicated within two business days.

The COWORKING VISITOR CENTER offers twelve workstations with access to:

a) Wi-Fi/Cable Internet

b) Lockers

c) Air conditioning

d) Security and CCTV

e) Kitchenette with water, coffee, and tea

f) Weekly cleaning service

g) Printer and scanner (printing fees apply for A4 and A3 B/W and color)

HOW DOES IT WORK?

• Fill out the registration form and accept the contract, which can be found at the bottom of this page.

• Submit by email (coworking@visitcascais.com) the form and it will be approved within 48 hours.

• Once approved, you will receive a code by email or WhatsApp for access to coworking services (Wi-Fi, printing/scanning).

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Upon check-in at the Coworking Visitor Center, the customer must pay a €20.00 deposit, held as a guarantee for compliance with all commitments. The deposit will be refunded within 8 business days.

OPERATING HOURS

Open daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (May to October 15). From October 16 to April, the center is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Closed on December 25 and January 1.

FEES

For the provision of services subject to this Agreement, the Client will pay a fee, as follows:
a) Per day, €20. If you are a Cascais Tourism member, €15;
b) One week, €80. If you are a Cascais Tourism member, €60;
c) One month, €150. If you are a Cascais Tourism member, €130.

PRINTING PRICING

· B/W: €0.25/unit for A4, €0.30/unit for A3

· Color: €0.75/unit for A4, €0.80/unit for A3

· Scanning (page) – € 0,35
